Adrian Aguilar is a Minerals Specialist on the Acquisitions team at Phoenix Energy, bringing a strong background in logistics and a proven ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with confidence. Prior to joining the oil and gas industry, Adrian worked as a Logistics Specialist, where he facilitated nationwide freight connections for trucking companies. He also served as a Bus Operator for RTD in Denver, where he was nominated for the Channel 7 Everyday Hero Award for his efforts supporting students with disabilities.

A Denver native and graduate of Bear Creek High School, Adrian is now focused on building his expertise in mineral rights, leasing, and land management. He approaches his role with a clear interest in learning and a commitment to supporting efficient, transparent acquisitions processes.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys staying active, attending concerts, and spending time with family.
