## Phoenix Energy Rings the Closing Bell® at the NYSE

The New York Stock Exchange welcomed Phoenix Energy One, LLC (NYSE American: PHXE.P) to the podium in celebration of our September 30th listing and Initial Public Offering of 10.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares under Reg A+.
