But his resilience and determination to rebuild became his defining traits, shaping both his life and business. The name “Phoenix” symbolizes the family’s journey: a powerful rebirth marked by hope, grit, and rising stronger from adversity. #### 2019 In 2019, Daniel and Charlene Ferrari founded Lion of Judah Capital to invest in the backbone of American energy—upstream oil and gas—and Phoenix Capital Group Holdings, LLC was formed. With roots in factory work and small business, their mission was to serve the common worker and honor the values of integrity, hard work, and honest labor. We began operations with the development of our specialized software system, which we have designed and improved over time to support our ability to identify, analyze, underwrite, transact, and manage our oil and gas assets.
